Port Hedland iron ore exports rise 5% in August, Pilbara throughput at 65.9Mt
Pilbara Ports posted a 65.9Mt monthly throughput for August 2026; the Port of Port Hedland moved 47.4Mt, of which 46.6Mt was iron ore, a five per cent rise on August 2025, sources indicated on 13 September 2026.
