Equinor receives first US Gulf Coast LNG cargo under Cheniere deals
Sources indicated on 3 September 2026 that Equinor has received its first liquefied natural gas cargo loaded at Cheniere’s Sabine Pass export terminal in Louisiana, destined for Europe, with further deliveries scheduled for Asian customers.
